In excellent condition, but does not put out power above 21 MHz. I think I know the cause - The switch point between output filters is 21MHZ and the filter does not switch or is shorted. I suspect it is nothing more than a bad transistor or diode, but I have not had time to fix it. I think this is a relatively easy fix, but but I have not had time to go past the initial troubleshooting stage. I do not know about 6 meters. That probably works because it is a separate output.

*update June 2011: I had a posted price of $250 but a technically-competent friend says he thinks we can fix it and convinced me not to sell it for such a low price. These radios typically sell for well over $400 on eBay.One recently sold for $462.98 and one with no power uptput at all sold for over $300. This one is working on all the lower HF bands and physically it is in mint condition so I think it is worth more than $250, and at least is worth holding on to until I get time to look at it. However, if you are not in a hurry and are interested, please contact me and I'll let you know if I decide to sell it and for how much. I might be interested in a trade/partial trade for an IC-703+, Yaesu 817, Alinco EDX-2 random wire tuner, 2m or dual-band mobile, or antenna analyzer.
